There are no shortcuts

There are no shortcuts. I see agents all the time in Facebook groups asking for lead gen tips. The hard truth is, there are no secrets. Top producing agents get where they are with the grind. That’s not to say you need to choose dozens of different methods of lead generation. If you choose 1 or 2 and stay consistent, you are nearly guaranteed success. The problem is, consistency is hard. It requires showing up every day when no one is watching. Whether it’s door knocking, cold calling, mailers, social media, or events, the magic is in the just showing up and doing it.
