Qualified Buyers

Don’t be so desperate for a sale that you waste your time on unqualified buyers. Now, that does NOT mean don’t take on buyers that aren’t qualified. You offer a tremendous resource to potential buyers. With your depth of knowledge, you can direct them to lenders, credit repair specialists, and others that can assist them with getting themselves ready to buy. It is one of your most valuable strengths! But, those buyers are not ready to buy and shouldn’t be looking at homes. Because of the cooldown in business, we are seeing agents work with buyers that they are hoping they can somehow push through the process. These deals quickly fall apart when the loan officer starts digging. You end up wasting your time and also deeply disappointing your clients. Use your efforts to get them ready to buy and work with buyers that are ready to go!
