LISTING COORDINATION

Listings are AWESOME! You get to both make a commission and also have the opportunity to use the listing as a feed of steady buyers and other potential sellers. They’re a win-win, really. The only catch? They can be super time consuming on the front end. Preparing listing docs, chasing down signatures, getting disclosures completed, dealing with the MLS input form, it all adds up to a LOT of time. Let us take some of the load off! Simple fill out the form below and we will handle the rest, including (and when applicable):

Full Service
$175

  • Start file in agent’s document management system (i.e. Dotloop, Docusign, Formsimplicity, Remine, etc.)

  • Prepare all needed listing docs (list agreement, disclosures) for your review

  • Property disclosure(s) will be sent to seller to complete electronically. If your system does not allow this, we have options.

  • Obtain septic letter, if applicable

  • When agent approves, obtain signatures from seller, including completed disclosures

  • Send seller “welcome” email introducing ourselves and preparing them for the process.

  • Send seller MLS input form for them to complete electronically.

  • Follow up to ensure all documents are completed correctly.

  • Review all documents for accuracy

  • Order and coordinate photography, upon request

  • Obtain HOA info/docs, as applicable

  • Upload docs to your brokerage compliance platform and start file if needed (command, skyslope, etc).

  • Upload disclosures to MLS

  • Complete MLS data entry based on form provided by seller ($20 fee for each addt’l MLS)

  • Upload photos and organize in pleasing order

  • Set up showing service if applicable

  • Alert agent to review MLS data entry/uploads and make active

  • TC will manage one round of revisions, if needed

  • Send seller “active” email letting them know the property is active and providing them with a link to the listing
