Pre-Listing Services

Not all Transaction Coordinators offer pre-listing services. Listing coordination can be time consuming and often needs a lot of back and forth between the agent, TC, and seller. We do offer listing services and follow a timeline that generally follows the following process:

  • Prepare listing docs for listing agent approval

  • Receive approval

  • Obtain seller signatures on listing docs

  • Order photography

  • Do MLS data entry

  • Add photos and disclosures to MLS

  • Add disclosures to brokerage compliance system

  • Make the listing active

We do not start the MLS data entry or order photos until we have a signed agreement from the seller.
