If you are new(er)....

If you are a new(er) agent, I strongly suggest you find a dedicated mentor or team to help you walk through your first 50 or so transactions. There is no substitute for experience in this business. Every transaction you run will be different and each will have its own challenges. The real value of a real estate agent is not marketing - it is the ability to keep a deal together. We process thousands of deals a year and have found that newer agents lose deals at a much higher rate. Experience allows you to not only see around corners, but also know what solutions are out there and how to think creatively from the basket of possiblities. Finding a buyer or seller to work with and then getting them under contract is the easy part. But, it is all for naught if you can’t get the transaction over the finish line.
