Contract Performance Deadlines

Check your contracts! In many states, performance deadlines roll to the next business day. That means, if your inspection deadline would fall on a Saturday, that deadline would automatically extend to the next business day. If your contract does not have that built in, you can write it in! Bless yourself with no deadlines on the weekend so you can focus on selling and then your admin or TC can handle the deadlines and paperwork for you during regular business hours.
