All clients should be VIPs!

Something that really annoys me is when an agent tells us their client needs to be given extra special service. That is sort of offensive 😉 Why are you not treating every one of your clients like they are VIPs? Do you not want every client to have exceptional experiences? Build out your systems so that everyone gets 5 star service and you don’t have to draw attention to someone when you want their file to go well.
