Do you want a business or do you want a job? It’s a serious question. A business is a lot of responsibility and work, but a job is just that, a job. When you work for yourself, you will come to a place where you have to decide if you want to just keep working a self-employed job. If you do, you won’t be able to grow. That’s ok! A lot of agents like to just keep things simple and live comfortably off their 2 or so deals per month. Nothing wrong with it! But, if you want to grow and reap the rewards that come along with that, you have to make the leap from agent to business owner.
