Introduce Yourself as a Real Estate Agent

When you call/text/email people in your capacity as a real estate agent, make sure to introduce yourself as such. We regularly get calls from agents that immediately jump into questions without providing their name and the fact that they are a real estate agent. Some states have laws governing this as a legal requirement, but really it is just good practice. When conducting real estate activities, make sure to state your name and that you are a real estate agent with such-and-such company.
