One of the most common “problems” Transaction Coordinators have is that their agent doesn’t keep them in the loop. Obviously, your Transaction Coordinator works for you, not the other way around, so you get to choose what you keep your Transaction Coordinator abreast of. However, your Transaction Coordinator can help you better if you keep them in the loop. If your Transaction Coordinatoris up to date, they will be able to jump right in anytime you need docs drafted, a question followed up on, or an issue resolved. No issue is too small or insignificant - we are accustomed to dealing with crushing loads of emails, so you can’t over-copy us. We always prefer overcommunication!
