Not sure where to get started with social media marketing? Start with Facebook groups! Groups are an incredible place to find leads. Join a couple of groups that you can interact often in. Think interest groups like local mom/dad, biking/sports, other interest type groups. You want to join where you can add to the conversation and be a “regular.” Avoid buy/sell/trade groups or huge groups - you won’t be able to stand out. Interact often and you will find people regularly ask for real estate agent recommendations in these groups. From there, other groups members may recommend you or you can reach out directly to the info seeker.
