Does my Transaction Coordinator schedule inspections?

This is a question we get asked often. Its a great question, as different TCs handle inspections in different ways. Some will not do any inspection scheduling, some will inform parties when they have been scheduled (by you), and some will do all the coordinating. At our company, we handle the whole process. We will schedule with the inspector, confirm it works with all parties, and send out notices to ensure all are informed. We also can help type up any inspection requests. As we always say, the only thing we *don’t* do is negotiate!
