When am I ready for a Transaction Coordinator?

Newer agents often reach out to me and ask at what point it becomes helpful to have a Transaction Coordinator. A good rule of thumb is when you are doing 2-3 deals per month consistently, or if you have been in real estate at least 2 years and are ready to ramp up your volume. When you first get started, you want to be super involved in each transaction so you can see how issues are resolved and how the process goes for different situations. However, once you have your legs under you, you will want to implement leverage so that the day-to-day paperwork chasing doesn’t slow you down.
