Be a good steward of your referrals! Whether the referral came from another agent or a friend, make sure they know they made the right decision choosing you. People are nosy and appreciate occasional updates. For agent referrals, perhaps provide biweekly updates so they know when that referral check is coming. And above all! Make sure to thank them! More than once! If they refer to you once they will do it again if it is a pleasant experience and they feel appreciated. Happy selling!
