Email templates

We have to work FAST and so we’ve developed tools to help us work at max efficiency. Each of our TCs is managing up to 80 files at a time and we don’t have time to spare. We use email templates to make sure we aren’t retyping the same info over and over. Take a look at the correspondence you sent out. There is a good amount of overlap there. You will be surprised how often you repeat yourself file after file. You can tweak those emails and save them as templates so the next time you need to remind your buyer about switching utilities, you just pull out your email templates!
