Take a vacation!

Take an actual vacation! How many trips have you been on where you’ve spent half the trip putting out fires, answering calls and emails, and making your family mad? Probably all of them, right?! Find another real estate agent you trust and become vacation buddies. Each of you watched the other’s files/email/calls/etc while the other is away. Couple that with your TC team and you will finally be able to take a few days TRULY off.
