Stop playing photographer. Each and every one of your listings is an opportunity to gain new clients. Put your best foot forward! You wouldn’t show up to a listing appointment in pajamas, so why would you post photos on social or on the mls that are not professionally done? Your job is to convince buyers and sellers that they need to enlist the help of a professional to buy and sell a home, rather than just doing it themselves. Amateur photos show them (and the rest of the world) that you in fact DON’T find value in using professionals. 

All the vendors you use should be pros and not people doing work on the side part time or without a plan.
